A to Z Oregon Pinot Noir has twice been named to Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of the year. The biodynamic winery has more collective Oregon winemaking experience than any other winery with partners from Chehalem, Archery Summit, and Domaine Drouhin. The accolades for the A to Z pinot include "Most Popular Pinot Noir" 5 years in a row from Wine & Spirits Restaurant Poll, "Best American Pinot Noir Under $20" 2 years in a row from Food & Wine, and a Master of Wine (Michael Broadbent, Decanter) rave calling it "An elegant wine. A privilege to taste."

2014 A to Z Wineworks Pinot Noir

2014 A to Z Wineworks Pinot Noir

The 2014 A to Z Pinot Noir leads with aromas of cherries, raspberries, and blackberries, developing to iris, blueberries, strawberries and minerals. A beautiful attack has vibrant red fruit flavors and floral notes, then deepens with hints of blood orange and blueberry jam. Ripe tannins are balanced by perfect acidity and the mid-palate reveals spice, tobacco and earth notes adding richness and complexity. The finish is quite long which allows all the elements of the wine to come together and show the intrinsic balance and complexity of the 2014 Oregon vintage.  (usual retail $20)

"Quite possibly this has the largest production of any single Oregon Pinot Noir, which makes the quality even more impressive. A bit in the vein of a Beaujolais, this offers Gamay-like flavors of red berry and wild cherry. It's broadly fruity and forward on the palate, with zippy acidity that punches through the finish." - Wine Enthusiast
