On the vines of the historical Bacigalupi vineyard, this whole berry, native yeast fermented Pinot Noir grew to perfection. The nose captivates with scents of cinnamon spice, cola, black cherry, sweet toffee, and vanillia. From the first sip this wine sings of cherry pie: fruit forward and warm from start to finish with plush character of plum, dark, red berries, and hints of chocolate. The ripe tannis and acidity of this unfined and unfiltered wine complement its richness offering a lenghthy deliscious experience. Cellared properly this wine will age well to 2025 and beyond.
