The Pata Negra Gran Selecion is a handcrafted wine, where select Tempranillo grapes from the high-end vineyards of the Rioja Sonsierra region are chosen. These grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with medium maceration and temperatures to obtain a pleasant aromatic wine. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is decanted several times to obtain a natural clarification that portends very good evolution in bottle in the mid to long term.
Bright ruby in color with delicate aromas of varietal fruits and just a touch of oak that makes it very versatile and smooth. Medium bodied, fresh and balanced. Fruity flavors and a long pleasant finish
