California Restaurant Month: Miró
Miró, the restaurant at Bacara Resort and Spa, is home to the mouth-watering creations of Executive Chef David Reardon and the prettiest Pacific Ocean views. Located in beautiful Santa Barbara, Miró boasts a wine cellar with over 12,000 bottles of wine and 1,200 labels from 13 different countries and 75 wine appellations. This truly international selection of wines translated nicely to the multicultural influences in Miró’s cuisine. All plates are given that unmistakable Californian twist that only fresh and local ingredients can bring. For breakfast, guests can try a Mediterranean omelet or Huevo Rancheros and for lunch, guests are welcome to enjoy the Tuna Tartare, Sweet Yellow Corn and Black Bean “Risotto”. For dinner, guests are invited to enjoy the romantic atmosphere with Kumamoto Oysters with Shallot Cream and Cavier, or the Seared Maple Leaf Duck Breast. With over 12,000 wines to choose from, Miró makes it easy to pair meals with the perfect glass (or bottle) of wine.

Brunch runs from 10:30am to 2:30pm, perfect for those who like to wake up early to enjoy the Bacara’s workout facility, pools, and fitness class or maybe just a walk on the beach before breakfast.
